Magazine Sales: Once your order is placed with the publisher and accepted there can be no refund. If your order is rejected by the publisher for whatever reason we will issue a prompt refund. Please read our FAQ for more information. Used Books: We receive used books from private collections and we take every measure to give you detailed information on the condition of the books in the item description. We will allow returns of books on a case by case basis. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If we happen to ship you the wrong book, we will issue you a refund and you get to keep the book. So far this hasn't happened but it's a possibility Contact us immeaditly if there is a problem with your book. ebooks and software downloads: There are no refunds on eBooks or software downloads. Many of the items are free and others are for entertainment purposes, we make no claim as to any monetary gain you may have by purchasing anything from our ebook collection. Some eBooks come with resell rights so read the information carefully and respect the rights of the Authors. Registration is required to download ebooks.
